Ltd. specializes in the manufacturing and global export of heavy-duty renewable power systems, including solar panels, tubular batteries, lithium-ion batteries, hybrid inverters, online UPS systems, and energy storage products. Because our products involve industrial-grade capacities and bulk hardware, our shipping and delivery procedures are tailored to domestic and international B2B logistics standards.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Processing Timeline: Standard inventory orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 5 to 10 business days following official order confirmation and receipt of agreed financial terms. Custom or bulk manufacturing orders will adhere to the delivery timelines specified in the Proforma Invoice or contract.
• Quality Inspection: Every batch of solar inverters, batteries, and panels undergoes rigorous quality testing and secure industrial crating prior to dispatch from our manufacturing facility.

2. Domestic & International Shipping

• Domestic Dispatch: We ship across India through trusted surface freight and logistics carriers capable of handling heavy industrial machinery and battery consignments safely.
• Global Export: As a global exporter serving clients across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, we coordinate international freight via air cargo, sea freight (FCL/LCL), or multi-modal transport according to agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).

3. Shipping Costs & Incoterms

• Freight charges, forwarding fees, and packaging costs are calculated based on the total weight, volume, destination port, and chosen delivery terms (Incoterms) outlined in your official quotation or order confirmation.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, buyers are responsible for all destination port handling charges, local customs clearance, import tariffs, and taxes.

4. Delivery Timelines & Tracking

• Domestic deliveries typically take 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination state and transit distance.
• International transit times vary significantly based on destination regions and shipping modes (typically 2 to 6 weeks for sea freight shipments).
• Once your consignment is dispatched, tracking details or bill of lading (BL) documents will be shared via email to monitor shipment progress.

5. Transit Damage & Inspection

• Upon delivery, recipients or authorized receiving agents must inspect outer packaging and container seals immediately.
• Any visible carton damage, shortage, or structural compromise must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt and reported to us in writing at Info@lentoindia.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
